If time would standstill...
Sigh. I'm a greedy person. I want my new friends and old friends to stay by my side! I'm having the best school days with everyone of you around. But it's all going to change and I have a REALLY BAD feeling about it. =(
so come on, tell me.

Sir Derrick's Baby 1st Month Celebration
Time to pull myself away from the depressing results.

[Sunday]
I was invited to Sir Derrick's daughter's 1st month celbration party!

^Adorable huh?

The buffet was great! Chocolate cream puff, prawns, fish, dim sum, dessert, satay and ang ku kueh! YUMMY. and pssst! The officers may be catering from them for ATC, so cadets look out for that!

Oh! I carried Rui Ern too! Chit chatted and we left around 4pm.

[Monday]
Okay. I officially declare that shopping is FRUSTRATING. There's no school today so I dragged my mom along to shop at Orchard for CNY clothing. I ended up buying only 1 piece of shirt which was totally OVERPRICED. I guess I was desperate to get it over and done with.
so come on, tell me.

When the shit hits the fan
I guess I blew my all-important exam.

Screw you 14.

P.S: I am really thankful of ALL Kranji Secondary teachers! They are really great teachers. It's me, not them.

P.S.S: Thank you for those who had been at the hall consoling me. My SJAB juniors, my classmates. I think I would have swollen eyes now if not for you guys! Haha.
so come on, tell me.

Sean's birthday celebration
Alrighty. Great news! I got back my all-important file! Yay. Watson called me today and told me that it's at their shop. So ya, it's very fortunate of me.

Anyways, today is SEAN's birthday! So I met up with Wan Ting and Kash around 4pm. Gathered at Woodlands MRT. Well, Suren and Sean kept going to their classmates (and I don't know how come there's so many AJC people there) so the rest of us (the girls) took photos!

Okay, actually it was just 1 photo:

^Taken by Paparazzi Ze Hang.

Haha. After many dilemmas Sean finally decided that we go to this Muslim hawker at Marsling. So we walked and walked and walked. Ordered our food. Suren, James and I went to buy a cake for Sean! At least to give it a lil birthday feel right?

The food was pretty delicious too! Mutton prata, chicken wing, french fries, some chicken rice, curry, and Teh Bin!

Chit chat a lil. Reminisce the good ol' times. PERIOD PERIOD! Haha.

We sang birthday song too!

^Sean's pressured to smile!

^$1.50 cake. HEHE.

After paying the bills ($7.50 each) we headed to a nearby playground. Jong went home to get a basketball. We took group photos too!

Thanks a lot to Suren's friend, Helen and Sean's classmate - Raj for taking all these photos for us!

Captain's ball was next. Girls vs Boys. Haha. Syarif joined the girls' team! Yay! But the final score, we lost to the guys. Oh well.

Made our way home after that. Going to see each other again on Thursday!
so come on, tell me.

C is for Christine and Carelessness.
I'm so numbed. Numbed with shocked and anguish. Yeah, this sounds so melodrama. But you know what? I misplaced my ENTIRE FILE. It contains all my tutorials, notes, diary, planner and calculator! I might as well said my whole bag got lost! Shyt. Econs test is on wed and I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO STUDY FOR IT. The shit have just hit the fan.

C is for Christine. C is for carelessness.
so come on, tell me.

Rainbow-licious!
Haha. I've changed my blog skin again because somebody said that my previous one ain't very nice. So I'm doing this for you ah, YU ZHENG! Haha. Anyway, this skin is really cute. I was actually looking something more chic to go with my chic music but I ended up with this. At least the font is really easy to read and it's so colourful! LOVED IT.

Hope you guys like it too! =)

By the way, today is my dearest Dad's birthday! So here's a birthday song for him:
Happy birthday to you!
Happy birthday to you!
Happy birthday to the world's best dad,
Happy birthday to you!

I sure hope that my birthday present to him is to get good "O" levels results!

P.S: I'm going to blog about the Pot Luck real soon because I've already got the photos from John! WOO HOO!
so come on, tell me.

PJC Post-orientation - POT LUCK!
Friday evening's weather was simple SUPERB! It was like breezy and totally no sign of pouring. So such great weather must be matched with great people. Meet OG25 OGLS! Ram and Zi Jian!

^OGLs with their souvenirs.

We had some time before the parrttyy started so why not use the time to take photos?!

^Group photo. My face is almost entirely blocked.

^Group photo. My face is still blocked.

^YUMMY FOOD! Woo!

^Group photo again! Seriously, my face is blocked again.

Well, as we were all savouring our food, they played the mass dance song! AHH! Everyone had to ditch their food and rush back to the parade ground for a dance. Haha. Played some searching game which my OG didn't even bother to find. We just sat down and pretended to be looking for some ant or something. Throw some 5 cents coins, shoe laces and shoe in and we are done! Haha. We have our own OG time instead!

Blah blah blah. The night grew dark and everyone got high. But I think some just got pervertic as the sun sets and the moon comes out. Ya, people like Wei Quan? Haha.

^Poor Haika!

^Group photo. After the PPT slide show.

Haha. The guys were like getting cheeky again. I can't believe they went to push both Ram and Zi Jian together! It's really such a pity we didn't manage to capture the "Once in a lifetime" moment when Ram and Zi Jian nearly k*ss when they collide. Oh my. LOL.

Well, it's almost 8.30pm. Time to bid goodbye to everyone!

so come on, tell me.
Thursday, January 17, 2008 @ 9:43 PM
Class time
Haha. Yesterday we had class time and all of the girls found out that the guys in my class are so yellow-minded! Surprisingly, the only things they are interested is "balls". What's your favourite childhood toy, "balls". What's the most important thing to you, "my balls".

So there you go, the guys of 08S17. TSK! Haha.
so come on, tell me.
Friday, January 11, 2008 @ 10:15 PM
08S17!
Class time! It's the day I FINALLY know who my classmates are although we've been grouped into our class for a week already. Haha. Civics tutor is Mr Lum. He's super nice and super blur! He treated us to Ribenna during break time as his "welcome" gift to us. Well, I don't know if this is part of their tactic to convince us to stay in PJC or not though. Hehe.

Check out my class!

So if you are wondering how I've gotten the photos so quickly is becase I'm the class secretary.

School ended at around 12.10pm (GP over-run) and I went straight home after that because I've given up on the CCA sports trials already. Both tennis and touch rugby rejected me! =(

P.S: Myra! Thank you sooooooooo much for all the photos! =)

so come on, tell me.

Tabasco OG25 lunch!
Tabasco OG25 lunch!

Yeah, I'm only posting about our OG lunch now (but I've already edited the date to the actual day) because I've just received the photos from Bernette yesterday. So let's let the photos do the talking:

^Everyone meet Zhong Ji Mi Ma forfeit. Tomato soup proudly sponser by moi.

^First victim - JOHN! x3!
Yu Zheng! x2!
^Haikal! x1!
Edwin! x1!

^Guess who this spoonful is for?
Wei Quan of course! LOL.

^Benedict! x1!

^Kah Wai! x1!^Jun Wen! x1! His face got soooooo red!

^Li Fang unwillingly taking a spoonful!

^OGL Zi Jian! I think he volunteer to eat the gross tomato soup!

Well, but last but not least. Guess who "won" the finale?

Yours truly. LOL.
and so we made a mess in Pastamania. Tammie and Kellyn are the only 2 survivors!
I do not want to discredit anyone so here's a big thanks to Bernette being the photographer! This girl gotten forfeit twice and she was one of the two girls who finished her pasta!
Thanks to organizers too for making this lunch possible.
Okay. This is Christine - OUT!
so come on, tell me.

Tupid raisin stay out of my cookie!
Haha. I've changed my blogskin. I think I've made many empty promises about making my own blog layout. Yeah, I'm losing the interest to design my own. I guess humans are really born lazy, when there's a short cut why bother going the long way?

Anyhow, please give me feedback on my current blog song (Linkin Park - Faint). I'm thinking of changing it to My Love by my fave. Justin Timberake. So we'll see how it goes...

Mass lectures have started for us, freshmans. Quite boring at certain times and tutorials will be coming soon! Rah! No more early early dismissal, no more homework-less days and no more ALL DAY in air conditioned lecture halls! Okay, I know I'm being too pampered. -_-'''
so come on, tell me.

PJC Orientation - DAY TWO AND THREE!
PJC Orientation continues...
[Day 2]

Today was an all wet and wild day! But for starters we always had boring talks and blah blah blah.
Station games were up next! Our 1st station was probably the basketball court area. We were supposed to drag/hook/fish a soft toy which was placed about 2.5m away from us. So we tied all our shoe laces to each other's and form a long chain of shoes! We were the second to be able to fish the soft toy though.
Next the boxes boxes game by the car park. It's like we have to hop into boxes to get into the other end. Haika hopped into the special forfeit! Everyone had to eat the sour bombhead and a cucumber! We were the first to complete this! Yay! Afterwhich we had to do the "M" (Mickey) cheer leaded by our OG25 'LEADER' Wei Quan!
^Eating bombheads.
The next station was at THE OPEN SPACE. We were the first to reach there (since we chiong there like crazy) and gotten 5 bonus points! =) At the station we were supposed to solve a series of puzzle. My team mates are super good at it man! Hehe. But I managed to contribute 1 too (the Oar) =)
Went for the obstacle challenge next. There, we were suppose to pick up as many objects as possible with everyone on the benches. Also, 1 person can only hold 1 object at a time and 1 can only hold 2 objects until everyone has one on their hands. Despite the rules, we did a really good job!
Our last station was the forming shape blindfolded game. It was totally NO KICK! LOL. We were the first to complete making all the shapes! But while we were blindfolded, our OGLs were happily pouring water on us!
Then it was lunch time then clan time.

MASS DANCE. Let's get LOUD!
Mass dance was uber cool but Benedict and I kept doing the couple moves wrongly!

After the mass dance was the ultimate WAR GAME! It kind of ended faster than I thought actually. I only managed to throw 4 water bombs at the other team. Returned to protect the Stigma Pole then this person (no idea who) poured a bucket of water ON ME! Was super duper drenched after that.
Moving on, we assembled back at the hall and gotten our orientation package! =)
[Day 3]
Aw man. Last day of orientation!

It started off with the affective development talk followed by the Principal Dialogue. Tammie was super brave and went up to ask a question! CHEERS!

Then we had OG time! Ram and Zi Jian handled us a piece of paper. On it was a name of our group member. We were given 1 min to complete writing some comments for whoever name is on the paper. So like a factory, we wrote in a breakneck speed. Some didn't even leave their name! Played our favourite OG games again. I gotten a forfeit and had to guess whose the leader. 3 chances and I guessed all of them wrongly! Ah! Yi Xin was so cheeky la! In the end my real forfeit was to go over the other OG with Edwin and Haikai and shout "OG25 rocks!"
^Writing something for everyone.
Zi Jian introduced us a new game called, "Honey if you love me, would you please smile?" LOL. I guess the highlight of the game was when Benedict said that to Yi Xin and she was like totally calm and expression-less and said, "Sorry you are not my type" to him! LOL. John got rejected thrice in a row. Thus, because of that he was forfeited to go to the other OG and kneel infront of a girl and say that line! Thumbs up for his bravery!

After OG time was lunch. However, Bernett, Kellyn, Jun Wen and Kah Wai went to practice their tribal dance moves for the performance later instead. Xin ku ni men le!

FUN DANCE TIME! New dance! It's the time to disco! But I was kind of worried when I danced this though, because my shorts were really lose that day. No, I haven't slim down but it's the elastic of the school shorts ba.

Next the council showed us some slides and we had a dance recap. Mr Tong suddenly scolded us because we seemed to be in a mess when we dance. Furthermore, called all the OGLs to take note of whoever did not dance properly. OMG. I was really scared that my name got pick because I think I was caught doing a few moves wrongly. My heart was going to pop out any moment then until they revealed that it was to prank the January babies! LOL. All the names that were called out were actually borned in the month of Jan! Ah ya! Felt so cheated. LOL.
Yu Zheng went for her sports trial after this. The rest of us went for songs and cheers session.

DINNER AND DANCE. The buffet dinner was okay, but I didn't take any rice and 1 of the counsellor gave me lots of vegetables!
Every clan had its performance and cheers! Everyone got really HIGH and TALL (because most of us were standing on the benches).

Finale dances and chicken pole dance marks the end of our orientation.
Btw, in case you do not know. OG25 is da best!
P.S: Ram and Zi Jian! Thank you soooooooooooooooooo much for supporting us and guiding us and make this orientation so much fun!
so come on, tell me.

PJC Orientation - DAY ONE
Okie dokie. It's blogging time again. Firstly, I woke up at 6am for the first time after a long long time! It's "school" time again.

Afterwards, I met Yu Zheng at her block around 7am. She was late. LOL. Met Joanne along our way to school. It was a freaking long 30 mins walk! I was sweating cats and dogs even before I reached there!

I saw Zachary! Man. Long time no see! Checked my grouping again. Confirm that Yu Zheng is in my group OG25. Did all the admin stuff...

Talks and more talks. *YAWNS*
Lunch break. Ate chicken chop rice. I have to be honest that I'm not impress with the canteen. It looks freaking like Kranji's canteen. -_-'''
Mass ice breaking was fun! Shall not go into details with that.
Cheering and singing time. The spirit wasn't really very there though. Could have be much better though.
Performance by the OGL and Clan leaders. Not bad overall. I should seriously give them credit since they are not professional dancers.
OG time. We played Chucky, Wow wow west, Give me tempo and Shoosh.
Tour around the school. The campus was simpler and smaller than expected actually. But oh well...

Debrief and that was about it. We were released near 6pm. I know you are awfully bored by this post but frankly speaking when I have so little thoughts, feelings and things to say about my first day of school, it must have been disappointing.

Comeon OG25, we got to have more teamwork tomorrow!
so come on, tell me.
