HOHOHO. It's after Christmas and I got a call from Rachel yesterday. She asked if I'm free to go to her house to bake some cookies today. So why not? Since I'm kinda free.

Supposingly we were to meet at around 8am but guess what? Rach called me and told me to meet at 9am+ instead. Yipee! I immediately dozed off again.

9am++ : NTUC shopping with Rach. Got the stuff we need!

10am++: Started work! At first we were like, "Okay so we got all the ingredients. So where do we start?". LOL. But fret not, for Rachel has prepared the recipe. We were un-decisive on how much butter vs dough vs sugar should we put. But I guess in the end, we should have put more butter!

Placed the dough to chill for about 2 hours. Thus, we took this time to go down and grab our lunch! Wan Ton noodles was loved! $2.50 can bring you happiness! Watched a lil of Secret and got back to baking.


Just as we wanted to put in our 1st tray of cookie, the power went *Poop*! AHH! I think we overheated the oven or something. So Rachel called her mom for SOS and I got an insulator ready. Fortunately, the power was back on after a push on the blue button.

Si Min: Oh my! This is sooooooo yummy! It's even better than Famous Amos. Go for Famous Rachel and Christine!

And I couldn't agree more. Even my sarcastic brothers liked it! (But that was before I told them I made them)
