Had Teachers' Day celebrations yesterday. Didn't exactly had the mood to blog yesterday because I was worn out and down with slight flu and bad sore throat. So ya lemme recount yesterday's Teachers' Day celebrations.
[30/8/07]After our A-maths paper, Yu Hui, Yu Zheng and I went to Lot 1 to have our lunch and pick up some materials to make our Teachers' Day gifts. Then we made our way to Yu Hui's house. So got start with our work immediately. Yu Zheng was in charge of the rough work, cutting the boards. Yu Hui was the glitter girl and I was...err the versatile one. LOL. In the midst, after we completed Mrs Ram's gift, which was a bomb, I was like "Hey it only we can light up the bomb" then immediately Yu Hui turned around and took a lighter and lit the string of the "bomb" up! Yu Zheng and I were stunned. Haha. Luckily, the rope like string didn't burn off quickly. By 5.30, we completed our work and so we took our well-deserved rest! Yu Le Bai Fen Bai was on air! YZ and I left around 6pm and got ourselves a sweetalk drink. Mmmm.
Went back and watched a movie. Afterwhich received message from Sze Him that all of us are going to make a card for Ms Tan so I went to work a card for Ms Tan and Ms Lee until 12mn. Definately very grouchy and tired already.

Have to wake up early again! Guess what, Yu Zheng actually left 3 of the science teachers' gifts on her Dad's car and her Dad drove it to work! Mans. Nevermind, so we went around giving our prezzies! Had some sort of Aces Day around around the 3.2Km route. Then some Teachers' Day presentation and the Teachers' Day pledge. Luckily the Class Party made up for most of the boredom of the walk. Ya I think sticking to a good Ol' concert is still da best!
Speaking of class party, our class actually had a mini concert by Sean and Syarif. Then Ms Lee and Ms Tan respectively gave a "speech". HOHOHO. Suren and his "counterpart" performed a MJ dance! WOO HOO! Ya, food wise, I'm not too crazy over it 'cause it's pizza again, something which I don't eat. So ya I just took a slice of it and went around feeding people with it. Took photos and stuff. Blah Blah. But I'm pretty infuriated by inconsiderate people who just play with the cake and make a mess on the classroom floor and don't bother to clean it up. Ya. I was already grouchy enough and definately not looking forward to more ants in my class as there's already a lot in my room. So I just have to take the napkin and wipe those faeces colour cream. Ya it kind of feels like cleaning someone's dog poop. I would have to give credits to those who stayed in the class to do a lil cleaning up: Kash, Wan Ting and Beatrice, thanks for sweeping the floor and re-arranging the tables. Ammar and Sean thanks for re-arranging the tables. Syarif for bringing your amplifier and planning a great party. Hey that sounds like just about it.
As usual, Kash and I returned to DLSS. Yeah, four years in a row! Aiyo, this year like no soul at all can. I just went there to eat a cheap lunch! LOL. Sorry Kash for not being able to stay and watch the concert (By Laura, Mariz and gang). I was totally drained. I may faint if I continue to watch any exciting dance moves! LOL.
P.S: Jie Ting I know you are so not from DLSS! Haha. Invaded my land ah?
