Chinese Prelim Oral
I shall break the record now. Haven't blogged for near 2 weeks and I thought it had only been a few days of absence. It has been a mind-boogling week. SERIOUSLY. We are having like 7 tests a week?! I know the school's trying to push us to our limit, but I guess it had some adversed effect on us. For example, majority of the students ( I would not say all) were listless during lessons. Teacher ask for response, no response. I guess we don't even have the energy to move our jaws. I feel that the tests should be more evenly spread out every week. Some weeks were are really free and some weeks we feel like crap.
Anyways, had my chinese prelim oral today. Get this right. I'm not speaking in a chirpy way. It went "HUH?". The passage was relatively easy to read, I only don't know 1 word! Then when the conversation came, it was on "Students attending Idol shows". I was like, "Alright man! I know this thing". To my horror, my mind went almost blank. I spitted 1 english word and tried to hold the rest back. I tried to organise my thoughts but was so afraid that Mdm Yong was getting impatient. So I tried to blabber out some words and things went so fast that before I could even said 1/10 of my content she asked me to stop! AH?!
I was flabbergasted, traumatised and mortified. Am I sounding like a true Singaporean?
so come on, tell me.

Prefect Exco Meeting 2
Yoyoyo. This is the 3rd post I've posted consecutively today. It had been a rather tiring and rushing day for me as you know my AFA started at 9am-5pm. I nearly forgot that my Exco meeting was tonight! So I had a lil time to rest before I make my way to Yew Tee mac. Today's meeting really took longer than expected but we manage to settle most of the problems and have our good ol' times again. The meeting officially ended at around 11.15pm! We broke the 11pm law!

Adult First Aid course
Today's the Adult First Aid Course for all Secondary 3 and 4 St John members. The first half of the course was taken by sir Jun Hao. He so reminded us of Mr Lim Yuen Tuck! I think he's the same pants as him! LOL. His lectures were rather easy to understand and he obviously reads very widely. One bad habit of his which really spoilt his whole image, he kind of digs his nose! MANS!
We had quite a fair bit of time for lunch. Ate Chicken cutlet as usual at Concourse. Went back HQ to peek at Zone 6's FAC comp. However, we didn't manage to watch it as Sir Bernard soon came at 1.20pm.
Sir Bernard really pissed me off instanteously when he couldn't fix his laptop and Mdm Xin Yan wanted to help and he harshly rejected her as if he's always right. It must have been the hormones reaction of something which stirred my emotions and I was burning with fury. Yeah. But by the end of the course I don't hate him anymore. I guess that's what makes him such a successful lecturer.
Went to Army Market to buy Sugar Cane juice and Siang Ning's uniform cover and my gosh I so wanna shop at Army Market with my parents!

Yew Tee CC Outstanding Student Award
BREAKING NEWS!
Ho Cang Ning, Kranji Secondary's head prefect and rebelious Boys Brigade leader, Toh Tian Feng's moms have allegedly reported that they are collegues! What a small world and Singapore is indeed small. It all happened when their parents went to support their child for receiving the Outstanding Student Awards....
Ok, I was just trying to practice my feature article. But, CN and TF's moms really know each other.
In case some of you still catch no balls, I'm refering to the Yew Tee CC Outstanding Student award ceremony at Unity Secondary which happened at approx 7.30pm. Yup. I was one of the recipients. We were the only school who dressed into our nines, Full Uniform + Blazer. However, the ceremony weren't as formal as we were. I was sweating like a pig! Shall upload the photos when I receive them.
After collecting the cheque and goody bag, Lynette and I took Miss Ho's family car to Yew Tee. After which Lyn and I went to Macs to chit chat and enjoy the air con. Spured on stickers at the Night market! Manz, it's getting late and I'm having the Adult First Aid course tommow. Better turn in soon and see ya people!

Weird guy.
Something weird happened to me today. As I was making my way out of the school gate, I saw this Sec 1 Kranjian with DYED coloured hair. He appoached me and asked, "You are from table-tennis?"
"No, St John's." I replied. And after asking me another question, he popped under my umbrella to take shelter! I was like, "You are weird" and tried to walk off. Don't misunderstand, it's not that I want to leave him under the rain, but he did not even asked and I don't even know his name! Very soon he suddenly stood out of the umbrella. Great, I thought. Then a silver van swished by. It was his mom alright. MAN! I hope she did not get the wrong impression, it's so his initiative. Next time I see him in school again, I'm going to book him for dyeing his hair! PERVERT!After weeks of peer tutoring, I've been exposed to many comments on various JCs. Every week it left me with splitting headaches. I mean, I realise time after time that I DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT have a forte! I can't do math, I can't beat the geniuses in science, I can't think like a historian/poet. I'm in serious trouble. And one more thing I've learned after 15, coming 16 years, my opinions about my surroundings and stuff are so frail. The only thing that I can talk non-stop is about myself. For instance, today's shocking news: 9 Year old girl pregnant. My only comments were, "Ee-u, omg, the girl even know what is sex at 9?!" You get my point? I don't go anything deeper.
Shrugs. Lesson time was way worst. Biology SPA O Levels. I was utterly disappointed with myself. The previous practical practice I scored 9/10 for theory. This time round, I'm pretty unsure of myself. It's all because of the high expectations I have on myself I suppose. If I went into the lab aiming for 5/10. I probably be satisfied now.
Social Studies, a nightmare for me. AN experience people like Ze Hang won't understand. You just sit in the class and know nuts about the things going around you. This goes the same for Math. But look, what is the point of ranting here there and everywhere. I've got to do something, like laying my hands on my dinner!
Well, here's a food for thought: If one day the same scenario of the umbrella incident happen to you, what will you do?
so come on, tell me.
